Select a day and time to schedule your chat. Time slots will be available every 15 minutes from 9:00AM-12:00PM (EASTERN) every day beginning November 1. *Time slots are first-come first serve so make your reservations early!

2. Pay Securely

Simple, fast and secure. Our online portal is designed to process transactions in the most secure and efficient way possible, so you don't have to worry about anything but enjoying your chat with Santa.

3. Live Chat with Santa

Simply log in 5 minutes before your scheduled chat time and the elves will patch you in to your live chat with Santa! Don't forget to tell him how good you've been this year and all of your Christmas wishes! After your chat, you will receive a picture and a video of your magical experience to keep forever.

How does it work?

Santa Live! is unlike anything your child has ever experienced before! Upon purchasing, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire that will provide Santa with the information he needs to provide a personal, genuine virtual chat experience with your child. During the chat, your child will be able to talk to Santa live and in real-time, ask him questions and tell him what is on their Christmas list this year. After the chat, you will receive a photo and a video copy of your child’s magical chat to keep forever!

How old do I need to be to schedule an appointment with Santa?

You must be at least 18 years of age in order to schedule a Live Chat with Santa, but anyone of any age can have a fun chat with him! If you are under 18, please ask an adult to schedule an appointment for you.

Do I need to install anything to chat with Santa?

No, the only thing you need is internet access! You will be asked to log in 5 minutes before your scheduled chat time to allow the elves time to make sure your audio/video and all of the chat settings are working correctly before they patch you in to Santa’s camera.

Please Note: For live 1-to-1 sessions, you will need to be using either Chrome, Firefox, or Safari browsers for all features to function correctly.

How long is the chat for?

The chat can last up to approximately 10 minutes.

What if I have more than one child that would like to chat with Santa?

It’s totally okay, just be sure to list each of the children’s names and details when you schedule their appointment. However, if you have more than 5 children, we encourage you to email our elf support line to schedule back-to-back appointments, that way Santa has adequate time to talk to all of the children. Can I personalize my Live Chat?

Of course! We encourage you to give the name and details of your child so Santa can make this experience one they’ll remember for the rest of their lives.
